3rd annual Flippin' 5k registration & FAQ
REGISTRATION

Each participant will receive:
- 2021 Flippin' 5K Long Sleeve Tee
- Flippin' 5K Medal
Notes: We will reach out to get information regarding 5K preference (In-Person or Virtual) and shirt(s) sizing following completed registrations.
If the Virtual option is chosen we will make shirt(s) and medal(s) avail for pickup at TCT or we will mail them to your preferred address.
You must be registered by September 24th to guarantee your shirt is avail for pickup during check-in on race day. If extras are not avail, all racers registered after 9/24 will have their shirts mailed to them.
You can still register right up to race day, including the day of, but shirts may not be immediately avail and will be mailed or made avail for pickup in the weeks following.
FAQs
When does the walk/race start?
In-Person registration: 9-9:30AM
Walk/Run: 9:30AM-11:00AM
Virtually, complete whenever you like, wherever you like - make it a fun experience - grab some friends or do it solo!
Where does the 5K take place?
Twin City Twisters in Champlin is the official check-in location, with the 5K happening at Elm Creek Preserve right behind the gym.
What if the weather is bad?
Dress accordingly! We are walking/running rain/snow/shine! There always is a chance the weather may be less than desirable, but cancer is less than desirable and we will persevere - sun, rain, snow or wind!
